well it happened on my way to work today and i am still here so i have not had a chance to look the car over. When i get on the throttle the car veers left, and when i down shift it does the same thing. just cruising at a constant speed and rpm there is no noticable tracking probs. there were no noises as to anything breaking. Any ideas so i have somwhere to start when i get home tonight

mounts, bushings, or you got an alignment issue. I am thinking more it would be bushings though. I would check the steering bushings (idler arm maybe?). Hopefully it will be a cheap and easy fix. Of course that would be wishful thinking with these cars lol!

Is there a lot of play in your steering wheel? Ie, when you are driving, can you move the wheel side to side and the car still move foward?

do you hear any unusual noise coming from your rear end? or any unusual sound period?

well on the way home a clickin started from the rear. if i apply the brakes it stops right away. as far as the steering goes its tight car does not feel sloppy

maybe your diff? when did you last change the fluids in it? longshots, but they werent brought up yet

I was thinking the same.. But Its hard to tell without driving it and checking the car out. It could be the brakes also..

You need to lift your car and see if any of the bushings, axels, brakes, and such are in good condition. Check your diff fluid or maybe its time to change the fluid out.
