Strange no crank issue when vehicle is warm

hey all, i have an 05 RX8 with an exhaust and injen intake(unsure of exhaust) the clock just turned 84k and i just got it so am limited to only that info. anyway in the morning (first start) this car will crank right over and run great. however, after i have driven it enough for the engine to warm up and say head into a store to grab some beer very quickly or something like that, i will come back out and i turn the key and nothing (all lights work and everything else and there is not even a click from starter). now i have found a way in order to get it to start, when this happens, i have to then get out of the car, lock the doors with the key, then unlock them, and return in vehicle and it will turn right over and start. i have checked the battery leads and starter leads and the starter/battery is almost brand new but found nothing to be out of place or bad in anyway. i also am having trouble with the lights blinking on the car to show it locking or unlocking the vehicle with the keyfob when its warm and this is happening, it will however beep if i press the lock button twice as it should setting the alarm but the doors do not even try n lock( i need new lock mechanisms i think as they only click when i do it inside car) but when i do it when "warm only" with keyfob it doesnt even click like its not even trying to lock the doors. im very thrown off from this and would appreciate any insight as to where to look. Thanks!
