What brand of sparkplugs & wires do you guys suggest?

I also like NGK. I'ts OEM. Most auto parts stores carry them or can get them. I got mine at Advanced Auto.

Sounds like something with the ignition coils. I would check the test procedures on those and do as suggested and check plug wires for damage etc.. Might be best to take to a dealership if you have one you trust nearby since you car is mostly stock. Or a good rotary shop if applicable.

Yea, I am going to take it to KD Rotary. It is only 20 min away. I am gonna have them check the whole car out too - lte me know whats going on with it. I have only had it for about 2 weeks or so & I have MUCH to learn. I was talking ot them and the guys at KD said to me - "Not to alarm you, but it is very rarely a tune-up issue" YAY! Keep your fingers crossed for me. Thanks though, to everyone that helped out.

Mmmm. Well, I wouldn't argue with KDrotary. I wonder what they think it might be.

Be sure to post up what you find out.

Well the car goes in on Monday so I will post as soon as I find out wtf is going wrong. They are gonna do a compression test and look at the car and figure it out. I really hope it isn't serious!

Sounds like an ignition issue. Time to upgrade! Get an MSD 6A!

i have a friend that uses kd and he claims there honest and thorough they wont rip you off good luck and post the fix

I have heard good things about KD. My brother has a 1983 FB (GSL) that he got in pretty bad shape and it rebuilding. He is have KD do the engine and he seems to be pretty happy with them so that is where my FD will go. And I will post the fix as soon as I hear from them.
