NGK 3330's are great. Lots of supra guys use those and if its ok for a supra, its ok for an rx-7.

NGK BUREQP7 for leading BUREQP9 for trailing They don't require gapping, but do need alittle anti-seize on the threads. You can get platinum plugs which I was told should last longer, but I'm not convinced they're worth it. |

i'd just switch to 9's all around.

platinum only makes the plug last longer. just got copper ones, they're better.
