Quick questions:

Who has them?

DO you like them?

They come with bushings correct? SO no need to buy factory replacement bushing for install?

I'm looking at purchasing them soon as i will be doing a complete overhaul of my suspension bushing.

Since i'll be looking at replacing all the bushings.. i was wondering if anyone has an aftermarket set of bushings they are using...?

The stock bushings with my Mazdacomp discount are 1100$ with new pillow balls and seals.

OK... better question..

How do i know when i really need to replace a bushing and pillowball.

The way i'm looking at it is, my car has 107000 miles on it and if i'm taking bushings out of one piece, i might as well do them all.

the stock mazda bushings cost more than the set rx7store offers.. is there any real big difference here.. i've read that the stockers last a hell of a lot longer and are more compliant for the street... but thats about all... i guess i'm more interested in quality and price.

if you have major clunking in your rear end, its most likely the six pillowball mounts that need to be replaced. Malloy mazda is running a special on them from now till june, 300 dollars for the set. Call up ray ASAP for them.

That's $1100 for just that? I don't think the 22 bushes on my car and the 4 ball joints would have come to €100. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/dunno.gif

Every bushing, pillowball, plus the new rubber seals (for the ENTIRE car).. a total of 48 parts totals 1205.40$

That sounds like a nice deal on the pillowballs but I have Mazdacomp.. which is much cheaper

the cost of a license and to race two events would be way more than just buying the parts i need OEM every once in a while. It's good for you guys that race anyway though, but I can't afford tires/event costs.

I got the RE toe links. Very nice! I replaced the toe link bushings last summer with stock ones and they wore out in about 5 months! Decided I will go for the aftermarkets since there is no way they could have a shorter life than that. They look beautiful and are holding up quite nicely so far, probably only about 1000 miles on them so far though.

If you grab a rear wheel and can turn it side to side that is probably toe link. If you can move it up, down, right, and left then it is probably several of the 6 pillow balls. I replaced all my pillow balls and did get some improvement, but in my case the toe link is what was really bad. Just take the rear wheels off and grab stuff, shake it around as hard as you can to see if it clunks. twisting is ok, side to side play is not.
