has anyone done the hid rotary extreme sleek headlight kit install.how easy was it and what was involved as regards the wiring needed for hid.really keen on kit but worried about

a/wiring

b/cutting frame

any install info wld be great..thks from uk

hmm... i dont think there would be frame cutting... lets not go into frame because its unibody lol but anyways it shouldnt be to hard its a sleek light kit

He's talking about the frame that the stock headlight pivot is mounted to. This one.....

Anyway, I would just email Chuck and ask him about it, or you could PM him on here. He's always been very straight forward with me, even about the stuff I didn't want to hear. I'm sure he will be able to let you know about any oddities involved in the installation and get you on the right track.

I installed the Re Amemiya kit, but for all intents and purposes it's the same as the rotary extreme one. The frame had to be cut a bit for the lights to sit back far enough to clear the flexon cover. Not tough work, but tedious and time consuming. . . . cutting....fitting ....cutting ....refitting..... and over and over. But it looks great in the end!
