Do you think I should put the harness on the new engine BEFORE I install it? I can see how it would help... But how do I get it out from under the ABS? I don't wanna go ripping at ****, but I'd like to get it out... If re-install will benefit from it..
Plus with it out, I can re-wrap it too. Thanks! |
i'm interested in this also

just pull it.. i comes out easily...
I'd take it out... inspect all the wires.. rewrap if not wrap w/ a good insulator... fix any broken or frayed wires... only thing.. it's a freakin pain in the ass to lock the harness onto the firewall!!! it's a huge grommet... |

9base3.. you can maneuver the harness without issue.. you may just need to remove the brake booster hose to the manifold for easier access.. |
Thanks guys. Out she comes!

you can also loosen the abs unit, it will give you a little more room
