i have no doubt my engine will last with the high power. my new worries are about PPF, Differential, axles etc breaking from too much power. i'm gonna be at the limit where i break everything. what do the guys in japan do ? don't say greddy six speed tranny and triple disk clutch https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/wink.png i hear ari keeps breaking axles even with upgraded ones :wow:

Pettit sells pretty good axles. Aren't you going with the KAAZ differential?

i think u and jim lab are in the same boat...

if ari's breaking 350m..wich are a higher grade than the 300m ones they sell and your gonna be making similar power levels..

and the half shaft cup, only thing i can think of is custom fab outa TI wich=$$$$$$

A better PPF with the KAAZ should be pretty reliable. with alot of hard launches just about any available axle will break. The plus is that they're easy to change. :sigh:

I was flipping through my old SCC issues and found a 1993 Rx7 with 582 hp / 490 ft lb torque........




Drivetrain modifications are pretty minimal. An Act 6-puck clutch provides the kind of clamping force that almost 600 hp requires. At the back end of the car, a Kaaz limited-slip differential guarantees even distribution of power to the Rotary Performance competion axels. Otherwise, the drivetrain is stock, a testament to how stout the original equipment truly is.

Oh yeah, I forgot to say that the car was built by RX7.com, and runs 10.4 @ 136 mph :eek:
