What do you guys think is the best radiator for our cars, there are alot of companies to choose from.

FikseRxSeven 07-21-2003 12:06 AM

well the biggest is sr motorsports radiator, but koyo is a great drop in replacement

vosko 07-21-2003 12:07 AM

i have a fluidyne it works great. it was the only choice i had at the time though

FDokinawa 07-21-2003 12:17 AM

Dont think theres to much differance...as long as its aluminum. I have a Greddy that was made for a S14 Silvia.

toddp31 07-21-2003 12:30 AM

I am going to be standing it up behind a front mount. How easy was the greddy s14 to make it fit? Type of brackets exc.

FikseRxSeven 07-21-2003 12:33 AM

well if you can fit anything....... get one made for a domestic V8..... they're large, and cheap, and aluminum

FDokinawa 07-21-2003 12:57 AM

Ya, had to make custom brackets for it.. unless your very creative and have the proper tools.. not something I would recomend trying.

JTurtonRX_7 07-21-2003 10:04 AM

I would definatly say go with a koyo or fluidyne.

wraith 07-21-2003 10:25 AM

i ordered a koyo....i would stick with something actually made for the car.

toddp31 07-21-2003 05:35 PM

I have access to all the tools I would need( welding exc) I all ready had to make brackets to hold my stock radiator in the upright postion. With the SR radiator what temps you seeing? I know that it is a pretty big radiator, same as Chris has. Where can I get a good deal on a radiator from the states?

Thanks Guys
