Anyone know how or what i could use to replace this piece? I was putting on the Duct....and felt the bolt slipping. I didnt think it was a big deal till i removed the bolt....and the inside threaded sleve fell out! Any suggestions?

well you have 2 choices, have that piece weled back on, or there is the same type of insert available in the automotive market called the "nutsert" I'll find the info...

what about just tapping it and making new threads. or perhaps a well nut would work. i most likely would weld something on because of the pressure inside the intercooler

Just weld a thicker 2"x@" square over the hole, drill and tap it out.

Im suprised on how it was installed in the 1st place. Seems its just a threaded sleve pounded in the hole to fit. I dont think it was ever welded in there at all....the other bolt seems to be the same way. I may just try and find a bigger sleve to go back in the hole....anyone know where to get these at?
