Just for the sake of curiousity, what would it take to do this? Spindles, wheels, brake centers, axles? I've always liked the looks of it on the F40, F50, Enzo, JGTC cars etc. Again, I only ask out of curiousity. I know there are better ways to waste money. Thanks, Ryan.

i too love that look, but the government does not lol. though there is a rim company out there that sells a 1 lug wheel ( torra wheels). torra uses a adapter plate that bolts to the stock hub of the vehical then has a spline out for the wheel. anyways back to the subject at hand,
the true one lug is not leagle to use on the streets as far as i know and if it was it would coast a **** load of money to do so. |

The torque value for the single nuts is like 250 ft/lbs on most cars. Hope you dont get a flat out on the road!

I am kinda partial to having five fasteners per wheel to hold them on as opposed to one per wheel...

Its actually alot more then 250. The Carrera GT is somewhere around 600 ft/lbs.

Hmm....the last time I torqued down on a single lug nut was on my boss's GT3 Porsche...the setting on the big ass torque wrench was around 450'ish N m. And the socket size was close to 30mm....I forgot...haven't been wrenching in awhile *sweat*
