I have the stock oil pressure guage and at idle the neddle stays just above 0 and at around 3000 rpms its a little below half way. It goes up closer to the top on high acceleration. Is this normal??

The stock guage is known to get stuck from time to time also from the oil pressure sender getting mucked up and getting a poor connection. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...#>/BURNOUT.gif
