Well I just finished the Non-seq. mod. The boost comes on fine (7psi) but even with my Boost Controller it stays stuck there. I followed the Pinned guide in the F.A.Q section 100%

I checked for boost leaks- None

I double checked the lines I capped- None vacuum holds at a steady 17-18 at idle.

Boost is coming on a full 7 psi by about 4k rpm. I had to use the home depot boost controller rig till mine finally gets here, no leaks on it ( I used my vacuum pump to test it before it went on)

The TCA is removed and the lines capped and door wired open. For the precontrol wire harness under the UIM, do I need to unplug it from the solonoid?

I have a full free flow exhaust, PFS ECU, upgraded intercooler and intake.

Thanks for the help!

make sure that the solenoids for the butterfly on the y pipe is capped and make sure that the butterfly is open

I got a chance to check it out this morning, the cca arm is all the way out (open).

I double checked all my hoses for a boost leak, found some loose ones, tightened them, but didn't fix it.

It still stays stuck at 7 psi reguardless of how open or closed the boost conrtoller is. ( I have yet to fully close it just in case but it's damn near close)

This is starting to annoy me lol, I might just go back to sequential, lol.

take the vac hose off the wastegate, see if your boost goes to ridiculous levels when driving, then you know its your boost controller https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.gif

this test is only for the courageous.

Wouldn't be too bad of an idea if done right, lol.

This "problem" is driving me crazy though, I mean it's not too much of a problem but I would rather be making 10-12 psi. The lag isn't bad (go go down shifting)

if youre careful enough, my idea works, you cant just go romping on the gas tho.

Well finally got a chance to mess with it a bit more, it was the boost controller itself, I never tried it fully closed until now 100% closed and sure enough boosted just fine (13psi before I let off the gas) I have the mods to support it don't worry, lol.

I'll just park the car till I get my new one. Thanks for the help guys
