High revs when second turbo goes, no very much forward motion though... Weak clutch?
 

Ok y'all,

i don't even know what to research on this so please help.

This morning i was driving like an A$$ Hole and it seems like when the second turbo engaged the rpm revved SUPER high but i wasn't really moving until i let off a bit..... when i got home i detected a strange odor.

engine rebuilt 5k km ago
3mm seals(sorry can't read kanji don't know what kind)

to be honest i don't know what mods are already on the ride haven't had a chance to put it on a lift yet. pretty sure stock turbo set though.

My initial thought is theres more mods then i thought and maybe the clutch is slipping and burning at peak power. I'm talking about when I'm in third and just floor it all the way up to 7k RPM's


Thoughts?

Welcome .yes does sound like your clutch is slipping and needs replacing
