just got my new radiator in the mail today, CSR or something like that. i got it off radiatorworld.com, anyway its about 2 to 2 1/4 inches thick and i was wondering if new mounts will need to be fabricated to make it work or if it wil fit in the slot?

So long as your running a stock mount intercooler it should slip right into the original circle slots on the bottom.

thanks, that saves me some aggravation. by the way anyone ever hear of csf racing?

You may have to redend the mounts at the bottom, because they are made to cradle the stock radiator which is thinner...

I've never seen these brackets before and I'm assuming that they sandwich the radiator along the bottom and need to be widened?

It's just and angle type bracket (90 degree) that has a hole for the ped on the bottom of the radiator.

The ghetto way to do it, is to straighten the bend out before you put the radiator in, then bend it back up against the radiator to hold it (put a thin piece of wood between radiator/bracket so as not to damage radiator)

Or you can unbolt the brackets, fit them to the radiator, and rebend them on an anvil/vise, or something like that. Either way works, removing them is probably easier, because you don't have to be under the car trying to swing a hammer....

Also if it's like a Koyo, you will hit other things, like the fiberglass bumper under the front bumper "skin", and you will pribably have to notch that for the corners of the radiator. And if may also his the AC condesor brakets....
