hate to do it but what did you do with the body kit?

jm85rx7 12-25-2008 06:48 PM

Sold it. Not a big fan of body kits

I'm with you, not much for body kits. And this is the first un-mod thread I can remember reading in a while. Nice.

I'm just confused on the engine you pictured since it's not a series 6 block. ??

Its an S6 block but the guy who had it was using it in a TII so he was using TII front cover and CAS because the Microtech he had was set up for TII so thats the route he went.

https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683664.gif I see now. It was the the front cover that caught my eye and threw me the first time.

Anywhoo, good luck with the car. Keep us posted.

Im trying to build a good solid motor. After inspecting the parts im going to go with a diffrent set of rotors. I found a few spots on the rotors that i wasnt happy with. The housings are usable but im not too thrilled about one of them so im replacing one housing. The end plates are usable. Im thinking of getting them lapped but im getting mixed results about that. All bearings will be replaced. Im shooting for 400 to 450 WHP that will last.
