1. Do you think it is safe to run a mild streetport with dp, intake, and gutted exhaust w/o a MBC or PowerFC? (What about not driving it hard?)

2. Would it run safe with just a MBC set at stock levels (10psi)?

3. How much horsepower would it be running mildstreetport/dp/i/gutted with limitation of 7psi? I've read a limit on a stock engine to 7psi yields as low as 180rwhp?

1. Yes as long as you stay below 10 psi you will be fine. It all about air/fuel ratio, not about WOT.

2. Yes see #1

3. correct I dynoed at 189 RWHP with 7 psi. I had mild streetport, DP, and a MP with a stock catback.

just kick in the bucks and get a profec B spec II. It reads real time boost, last boost, and highest boost ever achieved in both kpa and psi. And you can adjust your spool time and boost settings all at touch of a button.
