If all else fails and they're willing to pay for it, I think you can still get them new from Mazda. I checked recently and I'm pretty sure they still offer the "touring" front lip, spoiler, and all those assorted aero accessories.

I've never bought from him, but you could drop this guy a request and see if he could find it.........
