I have an automatic '93 and just last weekend after running it for awhile the idle went real low about 300rpm and then it stalled. So now when I drive it it idles fine in P but still when I put it in gear at a full stop it will stall on me. Help me out fellas.

Does not sound good. Do you have a boost gauge? If so, where is the vacum at
idle? Is the idle and vacum very lumpy? Check all the vacum hoses, first off the one to the map sensor. |
Any luck yet?

No the vacuum and boost check good and it idles about 20 psi for vacuum.

Not to worry. Turn up the idle. Small lock nut and screw in front of the throttle body as you face the engine.
If it only happens with the AC on, buy a new clutch switch. $10 or $20 bucks, 5 minute install. |

No, I meant the clutch switch. I missed the point about it being an automatic.
I still think he ought ot try the simple thing first, adjust the idle screw. |
