I just bought my FD a month ago knowing that it needed a new clutch. Well it was my first manual car so I am pretty freaking exited that I was able to do the job. Special thanks to Vosko for convincing me to install a 4-puck racing ACT clutch. It catches quick and will take a while to get used to. Anyway.....In thr process of changing the clutch we spilled quite a bit of fluid. We finished the job at around 3 AM and decided to go o the only 24 hour Autozone in town. When I got the police started to surround the builinding because I had just missed a robbery by like 5 minutes. Needless to say we couldn't get any fluid. I wanted to know what kind of tranny fluid to put in. The guy said to use ATF but that can't be right!! most people really like redline MTL, I believe you can purchase it through summitracing.com...



BTW, be careful with clutch fluid, it's brake fluid. Glycol based so it will eat up paint (unless it's DOT 5, unlikely), don't let it get on your paint https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png

redline is pretty good. anything synthetic should work fine though
