How many pounds would you boost on a BPU RX7?

10 psi with no mods. 12 would be pushing the limit

what mods consist of a "basic performance unit"

10Psi max, 12 if you do ECU mods. Please refrain from using BPU, APU, etc, it is frowned up =D

i mostly run my BPU+++ FD at about 7 pounds....

BPU, bah. everything is already an abbreviation i have a cb, dp, mp. why just generalize how your car is modded be proud, say what it has.

A "BPU" Supra simply has a MBC tuned to ~16psi with a cb/dp and intake.



To bring the PSI in your Rx7 any higher than 10, most recommend an ECU, and probably fuel mods (Depending how high you go)...
