Just got new bfg g force KDW's and have a tremedous amount of wheel hop. How do you get rid of it or atlest limit it? Also how much damage can i cause by not doing anything?
Thanks Cole |
wheel hops can lead to breaking parts in your drivetrain (usually the driveshaft). to eliminate it either rev higher and suffer from wheel spin, rev lower and suffer from lag, or buy the m2 trailing arms, supposedly they will eliminate wheel hop. they run a little less than 200 from rx7trix.com

Cole you're in STL right? With the C-West front? I'd like to check out your car sometime...

Anytime! Are you guys serious about luanching harder? and i think the next thing that i invest in will have to be the M2 trailing arms. Can anyone credit these trailing arms any feedback will be appreciated! O ya and anyone who has instaled these is it a pain in the ass or not to bad?
|
they are easy to install, there was questions on the install of these and supposedly it is easier.
if you launch harder it will spin freely not "shock" the drivetrain. im going to buy the trailing arms, i know they are a great option for wheel hop. i'll let you know when i get them. |
thanks alot!

Mark from Tri-Point told me to replace the majority of the rear bushings along with the trailing arms.https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/dunno.gif I can PM you the list he gave me if you want it.
