^Well maybe I just have to work a little harder to work it loose. I have the Tein C spanners that a mate gave to me which work perfectly. I had the car on stands when I tried to adjust them the first time which certainly helped but just didn't want to force them just in case I broke something. I'll give them another go sometime over the weekend.

since the perches are probably aluminum and the collar is steel... they have probably seized together... spray it down good with some wd40, PB blaster, etc. and then let it sit a lil while.. Put some ass behind it and they should break free after that.

The top one (black) doesn't seem to want to turn without moving the base where the bottom of the spring is sitting. So I guess the pressure of the spring is holding it in place.
