Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone has a spare/extra retractable headlight relay laying around (maybe a parted car) that you would sell? The dealerships in germany apparently cant help me. I even took my electrical book with me to reference. My car is Japanese spec and different from the European models. I've bought two wrong relays from the dealer that they said would be right and you have to pay before they order electrical parts.
This relay is located in the box above the radiator, and I think it's the 3rd spot from the right (should say on the lid). It is a six pin relay with one pin missing. I don't have a part #, i don't even have the old relay. I hate Dealers. 93 FD3S / Thanks! |

i show part number KA32-67-720, its for a 93-95 usa spec....
plan B, buy a bosch relay and wire it in, wont be pretty but you could make it work |
Re: headlight relay
This thread looks an oldie but goodie.. I've been consumed with High-beam and other headlight issues on a 91 vert Airbag S5 that has the peculiar wiring of hte latch switch in the cpu for handling high-beam functions.
I'd tried replacing the "dimmer" relay in the bay in front of the radiator but had problems 1) getting a part number to match the four or five prong relays; 2) identifying which one does what from the FSM. If people have suggestions would appreciate it.
