Has anyone had trouble with the headlight fuses constantly blowing? like once i turn on the headlights the fuse blows. any way to trouble shoot this? thank you

It sounds like you have a short somewhere. If you can check your wires out to see if the insulation on the wires is split letting bare wire contact metal and shorting...thus blowing your fuses.
