do you keep the charge relief solenoid..

if not.. do you cap the port on the ypipe that elbows into the crv to the airbox thus eliminating it...

im assumin it acts as a second bov at this point if teed off from another source and the solenoid removed....

pressure regulator solenoid gets left alone correct..

dump the charge relief solenoid.... cap the nipple... keep the FPR solenoid UNLESS you are running an aftermarket FPR.

thanks shannon..

keepin the fpr solenoid.. most have rerouted the vacuum line to the LIM nipple after elimination..

unsure about the following things.. open or close on the precontrol flapper..

not sure what to do there... seems like it can be done either way...

..and considerin ive got pfc... leave the wastegate solenoid plugged correct....

GreyGT-C 04-23-2006 10:33 AM

remove the precontrol door completely and have the armature hole plugged. I removed the WG solenoid completely from my system and ran a manual boost control.

amp 04-23-2006 10:51 AM

already cut the tca flapper... precontrol next..

pfc does a decent job of controllin the boost so im gonna leave the solenoid on there..

just need to know which of the solenoid to use for the wastegate..

Hey Jio too bad I am aware on vacation, I just received this mazdaspeed shop service for the 7 and the mention couple thing u can do to make both twins together which is same as non seq, I did remember that u will get 11.5 lb of boost for completey stock car.

I think you already know but you remove the precontrol and keep the wastegate solonoid if you want to use PFC for boost control.

BTW has anyone exprience this a slight hestation on take off with the full mod done? My problem is when I step on the gas @ idle or take off it gave a slight hestation? I have the pfc, Jio also mention to change the setting to non seg that not it not work, still have the slight hestation.

What I mean by the full mod, I removed the flapper on the exhaust manifold, double throtle control complete removed, and call all the extra lines. What is getting me is that u don't have to drive the car to exprience the hestation? Also I did not had it with seq setup before.

no hesitation when i had mine set up as NS. I'm thinking it maybe a tuning issue.
