Nope his was much higher priced than this one although he has the 99 spec front bumper I want but had ugly rims I would had to change.

Oh my mistake. The 37k milage threw me off. I thought his was around the same but now that you mention it I remember he did have the 99 front and different wheels.

Yep, I plan to do the 99 spec front (if I can get one) as the only real body mod as I like the factory lines.
Add:
Down pipe
Rad
APEXi POWER FC + COMMANDER
and maybe swap the catback for one with a single pipe.
Just want to get around 350 to the rear wheels and make it a good driving car.
