I need someone to do a clean scan of the wiring diagram for the ecu wiring harness plugs that go to the far right end of the stock ecu. It's the two chasis plugs that im speaking about. Apparently in one of those connectors is the wires for spark and the .pdf file from luvmyrx7 is actually a bit too cloudy for me to see/read correctly what wires do what and where they go. So if someone could be so kind as to scan and upload those pages for me, id greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

I don't have a scanner, but I can read my copy pretty well. What are you trying to figure out on there?

the last two plugs for an automatic harness on the ECU, the chasis plugs that go into the ecu, can you tell me which ones on there deal with ignition and or spark? I think that may be my problem.

P.s. how do I check for spark coming from the car? I figured if it was sparking smoke would come out the tail pipe at least but ive got none of that going on.

pull out one of the plugs with the wires attached. See if the plug fires or not with your own eyes. Have someone else crank the car of course.

does it matter if it's trailing or leading? and does that other person ened to be wearing rubber gloves? heh

pull either plug, put the wire back on it... use a jumper cable to ground it to the chassis. (just hook the clip to the hex portion of the plug and the other end to the chassis) stand back and watch as someone trys to crank the car. You'll definately see it if it's working properly.

i still need to know what those wires do heh

"the last two"? as in diagram B-1d, the connections on the right that go into plug X-05? None of those would stop you from getting spark according to the manual. They are 'reduce torque, we're shifting gears stuff'.

lemme look at what i can make of mine, but if you're looking at the stock ecu, going from left to right, im talking about the last two connectors. One is smaller then the other. Those two. Someone suggested that my spark issue could be with a couple of the wires that were cut over there because the car had a haltech previously, so i was trying to follow up on it.

The crank angle sensor is the white, red and black wires on the 4th plug.

Ignition wires are on plug 1.
