Vosko has a point.Either your cats are clogged or you air pump is messed.Those are high numbers.One way to tell if your cats are clogged is to drive it around awhile then take a look at your cats.If they are glowing red the they are clogged.See as you have a RB exhaust I doubt that would cause you to fail.Wish I could be more helpful.

I know FD's with DP, Hi Flo cats, CatBacks intakes and Intercoolers that have passed. It's a bit tricky, but can be done. Mine failed STOCK however.... I would put in some new plugs, add a gallon on denatured alcohol to 5 gallons of 93, and call it a day.

Thanks for all your replies guys... after taking a look at everyone's ideas and taking a look at the car I'm guessing bad ACV and/or cats... the cats are both original and I'm real close to 94K at the moment...



this is what I'm planning on doing:



-check ACV and air pump

-install the downpipe I got the other day

-order and install a Bonez high-flow cat

-replace the o2 sensor when I do the CAT and DP

-plugs only have 3K on them, but I have a spare set and a spare set of wires, may throw them on as well

-replace anything else found to be bad

-throw in some alchohol for good measure

-go test again

-have a beer

I failed once this year...then I ran the **** out of it for about 45 minutes, had it warmed up really good. Then had them test it and it passed with flying colors. I do not have all of the mods you have, but I think this is key to a good inspection. Make sure you tell them it is a Rotary engine, they test different according to the people at the MO inpection site.



And you might want to ask for a driver who can drive a stick well, I know people who have failed because of the driver.
