I'M cleaning my engine pieces what paint do you suggest?

i used car paint...

High heat engine paints. You can get them nearly anywhere

I used some left over brake caliper paint. It's also high heat and adhered pretty well.

powder coat them

leave em alone.. just clean em

^In all honesty this is true...you won't see the irons once all the longblock stuff is re-installed.

Mine were starting to show a little surface rust where the factory finish (of sorts) used to be. So I painted mine using a couple of throw-away housings a friend had. If you go that route, be sure to razorblade any paint from the mating surfaces.

I also used car paint, its been run now for about 45 mins and seems to be staying on so far ! LOL
