I have a 1994 base model RX-7, however I it seems as though I have 2 oil coolers, one in each of the nose ducts. Is this possible? I don't think mine is an R-2 because I dont have a spoiler, or suede seats (I have black cloth) and mine is an automatic. I don't have the back wiper or sunroof though. If mine only had one oil cooler, which side would it be on?

drivers side. the passenger might be a tranny cooler.
It could be, but does the tranny cooler look exactly like the oil cooler? |
automatic transmission cooler is integrated to the radiator right? thats why automatic radiators and manual radiators arent interchangable.
|
the auto cars have a trans cooler that looks exactly like a oil cooler.

i stand corrected.. hehe
OK, so the tranny cooler looks exaclty like the oil cooler except it is in the left nose duct instead of the right? |
