Hey All, I just picked up a stock FD pump and going to run it along side my supra pump. anyone here done this and have any advice or writeup on what to do and what not to do?

Running two different pumps doesent seem like an advisable idea.

If you 'y' the lines together, the fuel pumps will fight eachother, and the stronger pump will cut flow of the smaller one. Just be careful.

It would be better to run two stock FD pumps, that is enough for prolly 400-450rwhp without breaking a sweat.

I wired my dual walbros with a constant 12v from the battery, if you want to do the same I can give you a wiring diagram.

Interesting about the fighting pump thing. Sure, that would be great if you had the diagram..you can post here or PM it to me.

Thanks.

or possibly run dual lines to the engine bay.. small pump to feed the primary rail and the bigger pump for the secondaries... You'd need an additional FPR also...

easiest and cheapest thing to do it sell the supra pump to someone for a few $$ and get their stock Fd pump in exchange THEN run dual pumps.

I know this may be err on the wary side, but I would T them in. Unless you plan on running two FPR gauges, what if one of the pumps failed? Sure it is a 'what if' scenario, but with my car, I try to make sure I protect my investment any which way.

I have two A1000's t-ed into one line to feed the fuel injectors.

He can run a single FPR. Aeromotive makes a FPR that has dual inlets with your choice of -6 or -10 AN. Bottom is a single return line.
