I was thinking.... and i dont think i need these.... but im nto sure? i was about to remove them to get my manifolds bead blasted but then thought that i dont need them at all and figured id ask you guys.

You do need it. I guess you are referring to the TB plates.

That wasn't the throttle body plates. To answer your question, no you don't need them. Just make sure you follow the directions on that site and let the car warm up before you get on it.

Just make sure you have a good set of vice grips because those freakin screws suck...

The 2ndary butterfly plates that help warm up the car can go. Vice grips = best friend.



If you removed those plates from the Throttle Body you would idle at 8000 rpms.
