Jehan and I have completed a prototype radiator shield for front mount intercooler eqipped fd's. The purpose of this is to seal the 2" or so gap between the radiator and the front of the car. Airflow takes the path of least resistance. At speed some air will bypass over the radiator through this gap instead of through it, reducing cooling efficency. This duct seals off the area much like the stock setup works. I have notice that my coolant temps creap up at speeds over 80 mph with this gap left open. Plus, it makes the engine bay look much nicer. Fitment was done on a greddy 2 row intercooler on a single turbo car, but should be the same for the 3 row as well. We should be able to make it work with other intercooler brands. It would probably just be a matter of relocating where the cutout for the intercooler pipes is. We are considering making a production run of these if there is enough interest. The prototype is all hand cut, but that is too time consuming. Looking into laser cutting or cnc. Pricing will depend on final cost of production and number of people interested, but I figure will be around $150. This will include all mounting hardware and material to seal it to the radator. The piece will be fully polished. Shipping may or may not be included in the price, again, depending on interest. Here are some pics, leave some feedback.

I have a friend with a 3g. His has the Greddy 2 row fmic, but is still running on stock twins. do you make one that will fit with stock twins? If not you could just cut an extra hole and run a pipe from each hole to the front of each air filter. Would help get increased air flow to those filters.

Headlight cover is made by KSP. I enlarged the inlet with a dremel. It was half that size originally. I like this one much better than the Feed or Knightsports ones. I still have to put some mesh in it. We can make one for stock twins. Just need a car to take measuremets.

Gonna try and do it for $150 including all hardware. Still trying to find a place to cnc or laser cut it.
