Well I just got home and my wife comes into the house and says, " your car is going drip, drip, drip, and I don't know what it is." So I instantly go out to look at it and sure enought I am leaking coolant all over the place. I think it is coming from the top of the radiator. It is stock. I can't see exactly where its coming from but I think the tank is busted. ANy Ideas. Anyone seen an aftermarket radiator on sale? I am looking at Koyo. I found one for $365

i think i saw a couple koyo's on ebay the other day. i would check your hoses first though. might be a pin hole leak.
my stock radiator bustd at 70k miles due to the top end tank.
get fluidyne they are the best
i have a fluidyne myself, do you have an air seperator tank installed? if so, make sure that it is not mounted below the rad cap. if it is, it will overflow all over the place. i know cause it happened to me. if you dont have an air seperator tank, you should get your system pressure checked....

i hate coolant leak. at least you know where its from. i plan on getting a mazda comp when i upgrade to single and everything else.
Isn't the Mazda comp crazy $$$$$$? Not that it matters if it's worth every penny though! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...DIR#>/cool.png

I am definately going to get the Koyo. Radiators.com quoted $324 shipping included. I don't have an air separator tank I have the bypass. It is deinately leaking from the radiator. I think the plastic tank lost its seal. I was eventually going to get an aftermarket radiator so I guess now is the time. I will just take the money I was going to use for IC piping and do the radiator first. Then I will do the custom FMIC. The lowest other than the $324 was $369 from RX7 trix.

I recieved the Koyo radiator today. I will post pics later when I install. Does the Koyo go in the stock location? Or will it be set straight up? I am thinking stock location?
it will sit in the stock location unless your intercooler(aftermarket) doesnt let it.
Cool, I figured it out when I just got finished pulling the old stocker out. Damn this Koyo look good. I am gonna finish putting it in tommorrow.
