so i've been looking around for answers and haven't found much. so which clutch should i order? i'm looking for something that will hold 400hp and let me still slip it on the street/generally abuse it. The Admin of the site is selling a Centerforce Dual Friction clutch for I think $419. You might want to I hear that is a pretty good clutch.

I've been happy with my ACT s/s that I got from sportcar motion. I've only got around 300rwhp though.

I have an ACT S/S which they say is capable of holding 400lbs of torque. I'am far from making that kinda of power but I always like a real heavy tough clutch and I don't mind driving a clutch like that in traffic. If I had to do it again, I would go 6 puck.

I'll never get anything except for a twin plate. NEVER.

i have a ACT 6 puck, and i love it! to make a smooth takeoff you have rev up to about 2.5K (yes thats just for a smooth take off), and when you want to launch you just go, with no slipping, it just grabs.

Hahaha....So I was doing it right on my 4-puck. And I thought I was just screwing it up trying to take off smoothly.

well i know about the befinits of dual plate but theyre like 1k$ right? what's the main benifit and downside of puck clutches, i thought they were more on/off type drag clutches.

You guys are missing out, twin plates are the only way to go!
