i some(most)times have a hard time turning the car on. it just clicks and does nothing.
its either a bad clutch switch, bad ignition switch or bad starter...which is more likely to fail? |
If it just clicks then check your battery connections. They could be loose or dirty. I bet $5 thats whats wrong.

This is a funny thread casue I notice my car satrting to do the same ****, turn the key to start position and nothing happen. Anyway I removed the car from gear and into netural and then into 1 st gear and it started. I sense some eveil is out there or vodoo?.

my old T2 used to do exactely that...but I never even tried to fix it because all I had to do is keep turning the key and soon or later it allways started...and I am pretty lazy https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...>/rolleyes.gif

i had the same problem. turned out to be the starter kill on the alarm

I never thought about the alarm I did however installed simple alarm which does kill the starter . I have to check in to this. khris
