This has probably been beaten to death but I wanted to know what you guys thought was the best exhuast for me.
I want something that has a bit of a quite rumble at idle and is really agressive at WOT, but I don't want anything that drones or is very loud under normal driving. Which Cat-back do you think is best for me? Thanks for the help |
Aggressive at WOT will drone under load. :p If they came up with an exhaust that can get rid of that droning, then that would be cool. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png
I've currently got a raptor racing exhaust. Its VERY aggressive. Its also for sale btw. I just bought a racing beat exhaust and it is going in this weekend. I'll let you know how it goes. |

RB has a nice mellow tone, when you really get on the gas it gets a bid loud.
I have the Apex'i N1 single cat back. It's just ******* loud all the time, and sounds great. Then again thats with my single turbo and midpipe. |
Yeah i have the apexi GT-spec and a high flow 3inch cat and a single turbo...its just loud all the time. but thats how i like it. i have heard that the older greddy exhaust is really good though..quiet at idle and loud at wot.

PFS exhaust is quiet at cruise and freeking loud at WOT. My friends can attest to that, they can hear me coming from a mile away if I am on the gas.
But on the highway there is no droning, even with a midpipe. While it's looks leave a little to be desired, its very light weight and well made. |
