I'm down to the home stretch on this rebuild. One of the last few things holding me up is the Apex'i racing wastegate. I have no instructions on how to install the vacc lines or adjust the tension. There's a vac nipple on the top of the wastegate beside the tension screw and a second one that sets at an angle. Which one hooks up to what line? The tension screw, is it to be screwed in all the way for full tension or all the way out for full tension. I want to run around 12-14 psi boost.

I need to install a boost gauge and controler. I'm using a dual gated manual boost controler from TurboSmart and I'm not sure yet on the gauge. Where is the best place to hook them into? I don't want to sound stupid but I'm kind of new to this.

The last thing is the pressure sensor that sets up around the firewall. It's missing and I have the vacc line hanging. Can it be capped or do I need to find a replacement sensor?

Thanks everyone!! https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...1047683894.gif

i didn't think the spring was really adjustable in that wastegate... beleive it is a 13 lb spring stock. also, put your vacuum line from right after the turbo to the nipple on the side of the WG and if you have a boost controller put that on the top nipple of the WG. if you don't have a boost controller, than you can prolly just leave it unlplugged but i plugged mine for extra safety when we installed it.

oh full tension would be compressing the spring further... so you would screw it in... less tension.. screw it out.
