Its in the rear hatch area, behind the drivers side panel. You have to just pull the panels to get to it.

left rear side of car, remove the plastic on the left side and you should see the computer mounted within, might not have to remove the plastic, its been a while since i removed mine. but its on the left rear side in the trunk area.
