Hi all, i have finished putting the motor back in and i have this plug left over. Any ideas as to where it goes? Its a 2000 model auto. Any help would be appreciated.
THis is the plug: [attachment=45615:SDC10833.jpg] and another shot: [attachment=45616:SDC10832.jpg] Also have another question, i took the car for a test drive after putting some k's on it and it has a knock sound at about 2000 rpm and up if i start to boost it (im only letting it boost to about 4-5 psi). I have the knock sensor installed. Any ideas? The car idles perfectly and it drives very well. I also noticed that when i installed the motor and started it up, the knock sensor was not connected. What worried me is that it didnt show an engine light. Is this normal? I would have thought it would have shown one if the knock sensor wasn't installed. Thanks |
also, i have a feeling i messed this up, where does the vac line from the fuel regulator go to? i have it on the manifold but im sure it wasnt there initially.
heres another pic: [attachment=45618:SDC10837.jpg] cheers |
Also the engine light will not come on at all, and im having trouble getting it to flash any codes. Is the series 8 diagnostic process different?
Thanks BUMPBUMPBUMP |
