Is it possible to run 16 pound on the stock injectors, using a walbro 255?

Nope. I have seen motors break at 13psi on the stock fuel system. If you are going to replace the fuel pump do the rest of the fuel system.

Half way doing things on this car will cost you far more in the long run.

Do it right the first time even if it takes a little longer and you will enjoy your car more.

So how many pounds can be ran on the stock injectors. If im running 12 on my stock fuel system and am installing a 255, how many pounds can i run safetly. Im running an aem and the injector duty % is way off, it shows them at like 140 % this cant be right.

How big of injectors can the stock injector pipe handle.

that depends on the air fuel mixture, and how much air is going thru the motor (porting, exhaust etc etc)

if you slap a power fc on a stock fd @10psi its running 90somthing% duty
