I am about to purchase a 1993 Rx7 with 105,000 miles on it. I would like to rebuild the engines and turbos just to be on the safe side. I am not famliar with rotary engines and I would like to know some things I can do to insure this cars performance and lifespan.

Drive it till it blows then rebuild it.

I agree that engine won't live much longer anyway.

Wouldnt it be cheaper to rebuild it now as oppose to when it blows?

No. Rebuilding is rebuilding. It's still gonna cost the same to take it apart and replace everything.

Just don't drive it alot after it blows. Don't want no warped housings.

What about the old ' apex seal going through the turbine scenario ' ?

No, rebuild in now. If you loose an apex seal it'll more than likely take your rotor housing and possibly the rotor. Houings are 500 bucks and rotors are about the same price.

You just want to carefully check all the clearances, warpage, etc as stated in the Mazda repair manual.
