rx7_re 03-20-2004 09:23 PM

I take it you will be trying to produce the rest of that kit?

FikseRxSeven 03-20-2004 09:41 PM

Silver Ninety Three 03-20-2004 09:59 PM

looks like a monceilago

rx7_re 03-20-2004 10:02 PM

Also curious as to what it is made of and how heavy it is.

dltreezan 03-20-2004 10:22 PM

the kit is one that i will begin making within the next few weeks. I already set out to make the hood in the pic and i accomplished that. It needs to be trimmed and bolted to the car after i mold it thats why it sits up like that

dltreezan 03-23-2004 02:27 PM

aight guys 535 , packed insured and shipped if anyone wants one, let me know. peace

Rob x-7 03-23-2004 06:32 PM

looks like your moving ahead nicely, whats the weight

and howsabout a pic of the underside? Stock latch?

dltreezan 03-24-2004 12:37 AM

no stock latch, you will need hood pins, and pics of the underside coming as soon as I make one from a fresh mold and not the prototype considering the prototype consists of the plastic peices and miscellaneous peices I used to construct the vents

dltreezan 03-24-2004 12:37 AM

BTW weight is less than 20lbs

j200pruf 03-24-2004 03:29 PM

Nice man, it looks even better than it did in the shed. I might just buy one of these from you instead of making my own, wait and see I guess.

dltreezan 03-25-2004 12:05 AM

come by and see it. i callled you three times last month and all I got was the machine.

CGeek2k 03-25-2004 12:13 AM

That hood is beautiful. I would love one of those but I have to pay for an engine rebuild first so its a little out of my budget. Keep up the good work. https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/bigok.gif
