I was doing some quick searches and haven't found nothing. So here we go:
I was looking at pre-ordering some XXR 530s- nlmotoring.com. What fitment would work the best without the spacers/ rolling the fenders? I got s5 (5 lug) with an Eibach springs. I would like a flush look (nothing poking out) or looking stupid. I was thinking about going staggered 17 x 7/ +35 (front) and 17 x 9.75/ +25 (back). Even throwing around possibility of 17's in front and 18's in the back just to fill some space. Any thoughts? |
idk what your plans are but the wheel size advice i got for my build is a 18x10.5 +20 in the rear and a 17x9 +25 for the front

Won't those both rub the fenders? I just want something to take up as much room as possible without rolling the fenders or have them poking out the sides looking stupid. I don't know much about going aftermarket... trying to finally replace the stocks I am rolling on now. |
i was told to run those for the plan i have for my fc from a fellow fc owner who drifts his i asked what kind of rim to go with and he gave me the sizes and offsets
http://www.sonicmotor.com/XXR-526-Hu...ep-s/11975.htm the rims im gonna be running |
The 526's look sweet. Do you know what size tire you have to stretch to get that size to work?
Would the offset between the 17s and 18s cause any harm to the drive train? |
yea i got tire size to from him as well its a 245/40 in the rear and a 225/40 in the front
|
Good deal. I'll have to check into it. Thanks!

it might work if you plan on going wide body on the fc but you might wanna look into a little thinner if you wanna stay stock body

Re: XXR 530 fitment
I'm running the XXR526 17x10 on my 91 vert with no rubing issues. The car is lowered on BC Racing coilovers front fenders rolled a little.
