Won't Start
#1
Well, I got my car back from the shop after then engine rebuild/install. It is warranteed, so I could have them fix it, but that would still require moving the car. Anyways, I drove it home and a few hours later, I went to start it up. Well, it's really cold (close to or below freezing), it sounds like it is going to start, but it doesn't. It get's to the point where it vibrates like it's going to start, then goes stops. It does smell a bit like gas after trying to start it. I made sure the battery was charged, and even tried to jump it - all with the same result. Anyways, any input on what I could try to get it started?

Sounds like it's flooded. Pull the EGI fuse by the battery and crank it overt for like 10 - 15 sec. Then put the fuse back in and try starting it. Also if its a S5 you can just floor the gas when cranking it over.
