Not sure on the TII, but on the N/A there's a ground from where the tranny bellhousing meets the engine, to the firewall.

there is a bolt hole on the top of the bell housing wich where the wire bolts to, the other end is on the fire wall and is a male spade terminal that is bolted to the right of the wiper motor but not qhuit center of the fire wall. if you are missing the wire all together just make up a new one with heavy 08 or 04 guage wire with eyelets on either end and just find a spot on the fire wall to bolt it to and one on the bell housing or somplace on the engine, it really does not matter but i like to use the center hole on the center iron where there used to be an egr on the s4 motors but on the s5 and 6 there is just a flat area but the holes are still there and threaded.

thanks ill check it out, could a bad engine to firewall ground cause the car not to start?..or even not run right?..(im new to rotary motors)

it is posible yes but there is also a ground that bolts in the threw bolt for the starter that is direct off the battery. you need both. i saw a car weld its injectors due to someone not having the grounds on the motor because he was in too much of a hurry to hear the motor run and fire it up before the wiring was finished. there is also a picture floating around nopistons about the tack needle center point melting due to lack of firewall ground

I learned the hard way to make sure all grounds are good when i set my stainless steel clutch line on fire because the ground for the starter was not hooked up. it was a beautiful mess of things LOL.
