Yeah they look like 18s for sure. I know 17s look big on an FC but those look just plain ol' bling.

They are made by SSR. I don't know the exact model though. Hope this helps..

Dude that looks like your car. Maybe he just took the rims off. The faded bumper/lip and messed up sticker looks identical to your car...
