i removed my emissions.. secured all the vacuum lines, and my car STILL wont idle. i pulled the throttle cable tight, and tightened the screws.. if its at like 2k rpm its fine, runs great.. once i get below 1500, it just kinda sputters down till it dies. what happens around 1500 rpm that would do this? im sick of trying to diagnose this idle.

if the fuel pump resistor relay never dropped to 9v would it cause my car to die being 12v at that low rpm. also, can someone use a voltage tester and test the ECU wires on the fuel pump resistor relay.. see if they give 12v within a certain rpm range or is it when the tps shows your foot off the gas??? can your foot be on the gas and the fuel pump still drop to 9v?

Ive seen this time and time again, and every single time its been vacuum leaks. Go over your engine very thoroughly.
