Pretty easy to make if I could only figure out how to aim the headlights individually. Seems like all these kits just affix the lights where they want.
I could easily make a piece out of fiberglass that has 3 sides, not one like some people have been making out of Lexan or plexiglass, then put the 4 lights in there, high and low beams, and a shorter rod on the headlight motors would keep the lights from popping all the way up. |
ive seen the knightsports kit, they use plexi, or fiberglass to go around the light. its smooth, you can paint it. they also make a different rod for the lights, well not the rod but the arm that goes on the motor is different.

The kit is around $900-$1000.
I want to make my own out of fiberglass, with the lights it shouldnt cost me more then $150 or so. |
yah, its not hard to do at all. it does look a little 80's though, in a good way

i believe ipf makes the lights, and they have a relay kit that plugs into the stock harness so you dont have to cut anything

give me Amemiya or Rmagic or nothing at all (besides stock of course) https://www.nopistons.com/forums/pub...IR#>/smile.png
